The Mercer Hotel New York

I was fortunate to randomly run into Kayne West while hanging out in the lounge at The Mercer. The atmosphere was buzzing with fashion and film industry professionals, and the people-watching was superb. The food at Mercer Kitchen was absolutely superb, and I enjoyed the convenience of room service from the same restaurant. The management treated me like family and went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.

Conveniently located with spacious rooms and nice design. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive staff. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and great bathroom.

The location on a handsome shopping street in a great area is ideal. Transportation is easily accessible, and the hotel is in the center of Soho. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is impressive, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

It's a little old.

The location is excellent, in a funky part of town. The design is nice and rooms are rather spacious for New York. The restaurant downstairs is good and "reasonably" priced. Staff is serviceable. The lobby is a great place to hang out for coffee.

the room advantages were exceptional, featuring a spacious and elegant design, magnificent light fixtures, and noteworthy artwork throughout. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area were top, notch, serving high, quality dishes that were a delight to my palate.

Though the hotel provided excellent service, there was a minor issue with the temperature control in the room. the AC was not functioning properly, making the room a bit stuffy.

The location and staff were excellent. The lobby bar and restaurant had great service and food. The porters were helpful and efficient. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to travel around the city.

Perhaps the only minor inconvenience was the limited availability of drinks in the lobby. Coming from Irish hotels where you can get a drink 24/7, this was a small drawback.
