I was fortunate to randomly run into Kayne West while hanging out in the lounge at The Mercer. The atmosphere was buzzing with fashion and film industry professionals, and the people-watching was superb. The food at Mercer Kitchen was superb, and I enjoyed the convenience of room service from the same restaurant. The management treated me like family and were great too make my stay really good.

The location on a handsome shopping street in a great area is ideal. Transportation is easily accessible, and the hotel is in the center of Soho. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is excellent, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The location is excellent, in a funky part of town. The design is nice and rooms are rather spacious for New York. The restaurant downstairs is good and "reasonably" priced. Staff is serviceable. The lobby is a great place to hang out for coffee.

the room advantages were exceptional, featuring a spacious and elegant design, magnificent light fixtures, and noteworthy artwork throughout. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area were top, notch, serving high, quality dishes that were a delight to my palate.
Though the hotel provided excellent service, there was a minor issue with the temperature control in the room. the AC was not functioning properly, making the room a bit stuffy.

The Mercer in New York was very good with accommodating staff, relaxing rooms, and a fresh atmosphere. The high ceilings and courtyard balcony added to the overall luxury experience. The Mercer Kitchen served skillfully done, flavorful food. The shower in the well-thought-out bathrooms was the best I've encountered, and the common spaces were tastefully designed.

We had the most good stay at this fantastic hotel in a perfect location. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff were very good to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. One particular staff member, Timothy, was helpful and made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a wonderful restaurant and bar, offering superb food. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are of high standards. We were also really surprised to find a great shower, made our stay more fun. we had a fantastic experience at The Mercer and will definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the heart of a trendy area. the exclusive amenities and service were exceptional, from the in-room breakfast to the private facilities. the bar/lounge area was elegant and chic. the location advantages were great, offering easy access to everything we needed.
Although the room was well-appointed and comfortable, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and disrupted our sleep.
